1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ji29 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the ji29 website and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the ji29 registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the ji29 Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the Platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the ji29 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is mandated under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by ji29.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold ji29 player accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ji29, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ji29 Platform or any other online gaming platform operated by ji29 or its affiliates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

ji29 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed to ji29's reasonable satisfaction.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ji29 services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process on the Platform. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ji29 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your ji29 username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying ji29 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.

ji29 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in these Terms. ji29 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ji29 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ji29 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the selected payment method and are displayed within the ji29 cashier section at the time of transaction.

ji29 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ji29 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ji29 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• ji29 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.

Deposits made to ji29 are non-refundable once credited to your account and used for gaming activity. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to the verification requirements described above.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ji29 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ji29 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ji29 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• ji29 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct

When using the ji29 Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Registering more than one account or providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game outcome, random number generator, or Platform feature through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or ji29.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ji29 staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, including other players' accounts or ji29's backend systems.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the ji29 Platform without prior written authorization from ji29.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your ji29 account on your behalf.

ji29 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where warranted.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the ji29 Platform — including but not limited to the ji29 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ji29 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from ji29.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any ji29 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of ji29 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ji29.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji29 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or gaming credits due to technical errors, system outages, or connectivity issues beyond ji29's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, payout rates, or promotional terms.

ji29's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ji29 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Responsible Gaming

ji29 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. ji29 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts to manage their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the Platform.

10 Termination

ji29 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if ji29 reasonably believes that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform.
• Failed to satisfy age or identity verification requirements.
• Acted in a manner that is harmful to other players, ji29 staff, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ji29 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, ji29 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also close your ji29 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

11 Amendments to These Terms

ji29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ji29 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the ji29 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ji29 support.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ji29 arising from your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with ji29 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this section shall prevent ji29 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
